ABC Suite Rental

During the ceremony

  • As there is no prior reserved seating available, we recommend that all guests arrive early at the venue to avoid any potential parking and/or arena seating issues.
  • Limited floor level seating is available for guests with limited mobility and special needs.
  • All attendees are requested to maintain proper etiquette in the arena during the ceremony. All guests are advised to remain in their respective seats until the conclusion of the ceremony.
  • Guests are not allowed on the arena floor & on/near the stage. Please be courteous of other guests.
  • All Guests entering the arena are subject to a search of their person and their property. No purses, bags or containers larger than a small clutch bag, outside food or drink, alcohol, drugs, weapons, pets (exception: service animals), distracting and noise-making objects, balloons and any other large celebratory items are allowed into the arena as these may infringe upon the integrity of the ceremony and the safety of graduates and guests. Photography & Video

Guests are allowed to take photos of their graduates at the event. Flash Photography will be photographing each graduate at the commencement ceremony. Please make sure that no inconvenience is caused to other guests and personnel helping in making the event successful.

Note: Guests are not allowed on the arena floor & on/near the stage.
