Islander December 2020 graduates are invited to celebrate their accomplishments as Academic Affairs hosts a Diploma Drive-thru Parade. The event will take place on campus on Saturday, January 23, 2021, in the Early Childhood Development Center driveway. Islanders are encouraged to decorate their cars in blue and green as they drive-thru receiving their diplomas and a special gift from the Alumni Association.
During the Diploma Drive-Thru Parade, graduates will remain in their vehicle, with a face covering, and will drive thru the designated path to pick up their printed diploma, a commemorative item from Academic Affairs, and a special gift from Islander Alumni Association.
Graduates will need to bring a photo I.D. to verify identity during the drive-thru parade.
For graduates that are unable to make the Diploma Drive-Thru Parade, the graduate can email the University Registrar at registrar@tamucc.edu with the name of the designated person permitted to pick up their diploma. The person must bring a photo I.D. Diplomas not picked up during the drive-thru parade will be mailed to the address on file in S.A.I.L.
